Bellydance is one of the most natural ways for you body to move.  It is for anyone of any age and any size.  You do not need to show your belly while doing this amazing workout and you do not need any dance experience prior to belly dance! 


Dalia has recently returned from studying with Mei Jen and Shanaz in Asia.  She has been learning from the worlds top bellydance teachers (such as Fifi Abdo), and performing for over 8 years.  She believes that bellydancing has many styles and therefore everyone can express it differently so long as it falls within bellydance boundries.  She takes pride in teaching her students to find their own style.   Not only is it her style of dance that has made her London's top Bellydancer, but it is the feeling she puts into every move she teaches.


Along with teaching the belly dance moves, classes include:

  • 10 minutes of Dalia's "Warm up and Work out" method

  • Shimmy time

  • Bellydance games that encourage dance growth and self confidence

  • Dance Along Time - The teacher dances and the students follow along using the moves they have learned up to date to create muscle and visual memory

  • Dalia's "Three V's" method of teaching - Visualizing, Verbals and Visuals

  • Printouts to help students learn at home  


Due to popular demand Dalia will only be teaching Private or semi-private lessons.  Lessons are booked week to week and on a fist come bases.
